Forever. You pay nothing for up to 250 patients, and no credit card is required. Upgrade whenever your clinic grows.

Can I switch from annual to monthly?

Annual subscriptions run for the full period and cannot be switched to monthly mid-term. At the end of the period you can choose any plan you like.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

After cancellation you can access and export your data for 90 days. After that, data is permanently deleted. Your data is never held hostage.

How is Enterprise pricing determined?

A custom quote is prepared based on number of locations, users, and any custom integrations you need. Contact our sales team and we'll respond within 24 hours.

Are there payment methods other than credit card?

Yes. We also accept bank transfers. Invoice-based payment is available for Enterprise customers. Contact [email protected] for details.

Does a plan upgrade take effect immediately?

Yes. The moment you upgrade, your new features are unlocked. Billing is calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period.
